Piano Lessons with Josh

Josh accepts students age 5 and up and teaches both children and adults, beginning through advanced. Beginners can expect to learn how to play chords, they will learn note values (rhythm), how to read musical notation on a grand staff, scales, arpeggios, playing with dynamics, and playing with different articulations (staccato, legato).

In addition to performance, Josh will also teach students fundamentals in music theory and musicianship. As they gain more proficiency on the piano, students can expect to start learning music that is best suited to their personal taste.
